Questions and answers
Can I see NATO AWACS and tankers over Poland?
Often, yes. Tankers (KC-135, A330 MRTT), AWACS (E-3) and reconnaissance aircraft fly with ADS-B on. Click an aircraft on the live map to see its path, altitude, speed and whether it is circling.
Why is a military plane circling?
Circling in one place usually means a patrol, a holding pattern, air refuelling or a training flight. The map marks such aircraft.
